We care for all sorts of animals!
We have experience caring for: dogs, cats, fish, small critters, reptiles and amphibians, and farm animals.
Examples of pets we have cared for in addition to dogs & cats: freshwater fish, guinea pigs, bearded dragons, axolotls, sugar gliders, snakes, rabbits, doves, ferrets, parrots, chickens, goats, and cows.

We are fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind by Pet Sitters Associates.

At this time, we aren not able to offer exclusive or single-sitter care. Our team-based model is central to how we operate and allows us to provide consistent, reliable care while also supporting a healthy work-life balance for our team.
Each household is assigned a small, consistent care team (a minimum of three designated sitters), so your pet still builds familiarity and trust with the same faces over time, while ensuring coverage if someone is unavailable.

For the safety of our clients, pets, and team members, A&S Pet Care requires that all pets be up to date on core vaccinations appropriate for their species and lifestyle.
Dogs must be current on Rabies and DHPP
Cats must be current on Rabies and FVRCP
Proof of vaccination may be requested prior to the start of services and must remain current throughout the duration of care.
We understand that some pets may be unable to receive certain vaccines due to age or medical conditions. Medical exemptions must be provided in writing by a licensed veterinarian and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
A&S Pet Care reserves the right to decline or suspend services if vaccination requirements are not met, in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

We utilize a positive, fear-free, consent-based approach with every pet - with anxious or shy pets, we always move at their pace and never force interaction or engagement if it isn’t welcomed.
Our team is highly skilled in reading animal body language, allowing us to recognize subtle signs of stress, discomfort, or comfort. This helps us adjust our approach in real time so your pet feels safe, respected, and in control.
Because we work as a small, consistent team with constant communication between sitters, each sitter follows the same care plan and handling guidelines, ensuring continuity and predictability for your pet, even with multiple caregivers.

We require a meet and greet with you and your pets before any booking is confirmed. No booking is considered to be confirmed until it is “confirmed “ & booked within the Time to Pet portal by A&S Pet Care staff and payment is rendered.
Vacation Drop-Ins:
Dog Policy: We require a minimum of three 30-minute drop-in visits per day while you are away to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
Cat Policy: We require a minimum of one drop-in visit per day while you are away for cats to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
Job Sharing:
If you intend to have a friend, family member, neighbor, or other sitter assist with care while you are away, we must be made aware of the arrangement. It is not our practice to engage in job sharing, however in the event that job sharing is agreed upon in writing prior to the beginning of service, A&S Pet Care LLC requires that Client completes a Job Sharing Release.
A&S Pet Care LLC cannot be held liable for any damages or discontinuities in care which occur as the result of a shared job or shared access to the home. In the event that additional caretakers cannot provide care as agreed to, we will do everything possible to accommodate scheduling changes but cannot guarantee availability. A&S Pet Care LLC shall not be held liable for any damages or loss incurred to your property or pets during the entirety of any pet sitting schedule, where persons or companies other than A&S Pet Care LLC have access to your home.
Home Access, Privacy, and Security:
Before each reservation begins, clients must disclose if, when, and where other people are expected to be on your property. This may include, but is not limited to, landscapers, housecleaners, friends, or family.
