  • We are fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind by Pet Sitters Associates.

  • At this time, we aren not able to offer exclusive or single-sitter care. Our team-based model is central to how we operate and allows us to provide consistent, reliable care while also supporting a healthy work-life balance for our team.

Each household is assigned a small, consistent care team (a minimum of three designated sitters), so your pet still builds familiarity and trust with the same faces over time, while ensuring coverage if someone is unavailable.

  • We utilize a positive, fear-free, consent-based approach with every pet - with anxious or shy pets, we always move at their pace and never force interaction or engagement if it isn’t welcomed.

Our team is highly skilled in reading animal body language, allowing us to recognize subtle signs of stress, discomfort, or comfort. This helps us adjust our approach in real time so your pet feels safe, respected, and in control.

Because we work as a small, consistent team with constant communication between sitters, each sitter follows the same care plan and handling guidelines, ensuring continuity and predictability for your pet, even with multiple caregivers.

  • We respond to messages between 7am - 7pm daily.
