Alex has been passionate about animals for as long as he can remember. Growing up in a house surrounded by cats, he developed a deep appreciation for the comfort and companionship pets bring to our lives. In 2018, he adopted his first rescue dog, Luna, who inspired his commitment to advocating for and understanding nervous and reactive dogs.

As the co-founder of A&S Pet Care, Alex combines years of hands-on experience with a calm, empathetic approach that helps animals feel safe and cared for. His peaceful energy naturally puts even the most timid pets at ease...often earning him a loyal snuggle buddy by the end of a visit. He is a natural “cat whisperer,” able to get even the most fearful cats to warm right up.

Outside of his work with animals, Alex enjoys gaming, experimenting with new recipes, and tending to his garden—hobbies that reflect his patient and nurturing nature both in and out of pet care.
